1 ½ cupbrown sugar
1 cupcooking butter
2eggs
1 tspvanilla
1 ¾ cupgluten-free flour
¾ cupalmond flour
2 ½ cupoats
gluten - free
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
for filling
Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven to 180oC
Step 2

cream together the butter and brown sugar
Step 3

add the eggs and mix well
Step 4

add in remaining ingredients and combine
Step 5

place tbsp size balls onto baking sheet
Step 6
bake for 10-11 minutes
for the filling
Step 7

when the cookies are cooling start mixing the butter and vanilla together
Step 8

add in the icing sugar 1/2 cup at a time
Step 9

pipe the filling on the flat side of the cooled cookies and serve
