Instructions
Step 1
Prepare vegetables: cut zucchini into coins and then quarter, and cut red onion into slices.
Step 2
Add feta, zucchini, tomatos, onion, red chili flakes, olive oil, and garlic to a sheet pan or baking dish.
Step 3
Bake at 400ºF for 17-18 mins
Step 4
While this is cooking, cook your favorite type of pasta according to package directions (don't forget to salt the water)
Step 5
Remove feta bake from oven and stir (if you prefer, you can blend your pasta sauce if you don't like it chunky. Just wait until it's cooled off a bit.
Step 6
add the sauce to your cooked noodles and enjoy!
