Instructions

Step 1
In a pan on medium heat add some olive oil. Chop the onion finely and add it until golden and translucent. Now add the cranberries, all the spices (except cinnamon) and nuts. Remove from the heat and add half of the tahini. Mix everything well and the filling is ready.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potatoes, and in the meantime remove the skins from the canned chickpeas as best you can. Place the (boiled) potatoes and chickpeas in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add some salt and the rest of the tahini. Mix with a wooden spoon and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Now spread the mixture over some cheese cloth and add the filling in the middle. Close tightly to form a ball and use a rubber band to keep it closed tight. Boil for about 5 minutes and remove the cloth. Serve with a bit of cinnamon and olive oil on top. Enjoy!
