Instructions

Step 1
Cut off breadcrumbs, flatten out the toast with a rolling pin, and apply a thin layer of Mayonnaise, add cheese over the toast, top with a hot dog, roll it up into a bread roll;
Step 2
To make egg batter, crack egg in a bowl, pour in black sesame seeds to mix, whisk till smooth. Gently dip in bread roll to make sure it’s fully coated and sealed with egg batter and black sesame seeds, set aside;
Step 3
Melt butter in a heated skillet, add in bread rolls to cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate, garnish with black berry or blue berry and mint.
