2 cups of flower (I sift it optional)
1/3 cup sugar (optional or us less it's sweet to eat plain this way for toddlers. No toppings)
1 tsp backing soda and baking powder
1sp salt
Add some flavor optional: cinnamon, nutmeg or pumpkin spice seasoning I added.
Mix ur powers before u add liquid
2 eggs
2 tbl syrup
1 cup milk
1 cup yogart (I used whole milk plain) u pick ur own. Will effect sugar added
1tbl of vanilla extract
Mix and cook yum!! Add butter when u pull off.
I served to a 1year old and 2 year old. No syrup or topping so there is no mess to clean. I just whip hands after bc of butter I added to top. Keeping this one. Good for wic mama's.
