Ingredients

3 cupschicken
shredded, cooked, one of those deli roasted chickens is perfect for this
1 cupsalsa verde
green salsa
1 ouncecan chopped green chilies
1 tablespoonschipotles in sauce
chopped, more if you like it hotter
8flour tortillas
taco size
1 cupchicken broth
2 cupswhipping cream
1 ½ cupsMonterey Jack cheese
shredded
Chorizo crema
optional
¼ cupfresh green onions
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the shredded chicken, salsa verde, green chilies, and chipotles in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour 1/2 the whipping cream in the bottom of a 9x13-baking dish.
Step 3
Pour chicken broth in bowl and one by one submerge each flour tortilla.
Step 4
Place approximately 1/8 chicken mixture in each wet tortilla and roll up.
Step 5
Place all 8 side by side in dish, sprinkle with cheese, and pour remaining whipping cream over top.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
