Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add butter. Add onions to melted butter and saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute 5 more minutes. Add cream and cook 1-2 minutes. Add spinach and cook 3 minutes until wilted and sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
