Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tsp yeast and 2 tbs sugar to 100ml of luke warm water mix and sit to the side.
Step 2
Add the mashed banana, oil, lemon juice and salt and remaining water to a bowl and mix
Step 3
Once you see a foam forming on the top of the yeast mix add the the bowl with the other ingredients and mix
Step 4
You can then add to a bread maker and set at medium crust and bake for 2hrs 40 mins, turn on the bread maker and slowly add the flour 1 tbs at a time, scrape the side and leave to bake
Step 5
If you don't have a bread maker, slowly fold in the flour and mix until you have a dough.
Step 6
Wrap and let rest in a warm area for 1-2 hrs until risen.
Step 7
Then place in a loaf tin and preheat oven to 180°c bake for 1hr or until golden brown and sponge like to the touch
Step 8
Place on a cooling rack to cool and enjoy!!
