Instructions

Step 1
For a quick easy meal toss half a chopped onion, an inch or so of grated ginger and 2 cloves of chopped garlic into the pan with some oil of your choice!
Step 2
Once onions are translucent toss in the half a package of tofu chopped and green beans.
Step 3
Once tofu is golden add in 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, a splash or soy sauce and a splash of vinegar! (Add more or less to taste!)
