Instructions
Step 1
Mix Korean hot pepper paste, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil & garlic. Set sauce aside.
Step 2
Heat 2 Tbsps oil in pan on medium high heat.
Step 3
Sauté onions & carrots for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add fish cake. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the sauce. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add green onions. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Step 7
Top with sesame seeds.
Step 8
Note: Fish cake may come in different shapes. The kind I use in the video are made in thin sheets. Other common shapes: roll or small cake. You can use any kind you prefer. Just cut them into bite size.
Step 9
For a spicier version, add 1 tsp Korean hot pepper powder.
