Instructions
Step 1
Dice garlic evenly; Peel the root of Kai Lan and wash thoroughly and drain.
Step 2
Heat up oil in a heated skillet, add in dice garlic to fry for seconds. Further put sliced Kai Lan in the skillet to mix. Flip well. Add a bit of cold water in to cook. Season with salt, chicken powder and sugar.
Step 3
Pour corn starch mixed with water to Kai Lan till it thickens. Remove from heat, serve warm.
