Step 1
Defrost spinach in microwave until soft. Chop drained artichoke hearts. In a bowl, add all ingredients, and grate ½-1 c fresh romano cheese. Mix together and put in greased glass pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until slightly browned on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
