Instructions
Step 1
Take a pan and put on your stove on a low heat. Put the margarine in the pan and let it melt.

Once the margaine is melted add salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix it. Add then the flour all in once and mix in until you have a solid bal. It is going to take probably less than a minute, do not let it burn.

Step 3
Add part of the milk and mix it until the ingredients are all melted. Continue to stir and add the left milk. Increase the temperature to a medium high heat.

Cook the sauce for 10/15 minutes or at least until it start to become creamy. Do not forget to stir every couple of minutes. If you prefer a more solid sauce, leave it on the stove for few more minutes.
