Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Dice onion and pepper
Step 3
Cook bacon until crisp, set on paper towel lined plate to cool.
Step 4
In same pan, add sausage, pepper and onion season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Drain excess grease if necessary.
Step 5
Add sausage mixture, crumbled bacon, cheese and thawed hash browns to large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Pour in 9x13 casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
Step 6
In same bowl, whisk eggs and milk and salt and pepper to taste vigorously until uniform in color. Pour eggs on top of sausage mixture. Bake 1 hour uncovered until edges and center are slightly browned and eggs are set.
