Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160° C lightly oil 18cm baking dish

Put the oats and baking powder into a high-speed blender and whiz until the oats are just ground

Add banana milk egg and 1 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup cinnamon pinch of salt and was until smooth

Pour into oiled baking dish

Peel half core and slice pear toss the sliced pear with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup and scatter over the top
