Instructions

Step 1
Cook 1 cup of brown rice.
Step 2
Sauté onions in a pan. Once the onions turn translucent, add garlic and saute for an extra minute.

Add chicken, spices, and tomato paste. Cook around 10 minutes, then add the rinsed chickpeas, yogurt, and water.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly and simmer while covered for an additional 10-15 minutes. Smash the chickpeas against the pan with a wooden spoon until most are invisible and the curry has thickened.
Step 5
Take the curry off the heat and snip your bunch of cilantro in, then mix well. Serve with rice.
