Ingredients

1 Tbspolive oil
1white onion
large, finely chopped
1 lbsausage
1 lbground beef
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
2 x 10 ozcans diced tomatoes
4 x 15.5 ozcans chili beans
⅓ cuppickled jalapeños
minced
1 tspchili powder
1 ½ tspchipotle pepper powder
1 teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspooncumin
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
2cloves garlic
minced
Instructions
Step 1
In large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent and tender, about 8 minutes.
Step 2
Add meats, salt and pepper, and cook until meat is done, about 6-7 minutes. Stir in all the spices, minced garlic, and jalapeños.
Step 3
Stir in tomatoes and beans with all the liquid. Bring to a simmer, add any additional spices, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve hot, topped with cheddar cheese and Fritos.
