Step 1
Cook beef, onion & garlic in large pan over medium-high heat until beef is brown, stirring to separate; drain fat.
Purée tomatoes with juice in covered blender or food processor. Add tomatoes, water, bouillon cubes & pepper to meat mixture. Bring to a boiled, reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered for 2 minutes. Add orzo & vegetables. Simmer 25 more minutes. Serve with French bread if you wish.
