Salsa Sour Cream Chicken

I add black beans and corn to the mix when I add in the sour cream and we usually have it over egg noodles.

Step 1

Place chicken in a lightly greased shallow baking dish; season with the taco seasoning mix.

Step 2

Pour the salsa over the chicken; bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

Step 3

When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the casserole, stir sour cream into salsa, then return chicken.

Step 4

Serve salsa sour cream chicken and sauce with Spanish rice.
