Preheat dry frying pan on hob

When chicken us seasoned with salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, fresh parsley, fresh oregano Bang it in pan for 1 min. Flip for 1 min. Turn down to 4(?) for 10 mins, with a lid on, switch off and leave for 20 mins. Meanwhile, use juices from pan with half a tub of stock jelly, more seasoning, 1/2 a little bottle of wine, sprinkle on flour and stir, not thick like a gravy. Mmmmm!
