Speedy Steak Fajitas with Bell Peppers & Hot Sauce Crema

These steak fajitas are super-fast & simple to make, helping you hustle & bustle toward dinnertime. Warm flour tortillas are stuffed full & topped with spicy sour cream and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. We’re pretty sure you’ll want to stop to appreciate the fiesta of flavors that each fajita holds.

Instructions
Step 1
Heat drizzle of oil in lg. pan over med.-high. Pat steak dry with paper towel & season all over with salt, pepper, & 1½ tsp Southwest spice (save the rest for later).
Step 2
Add steak to pan; cook (2-3 min.) until lightly browned on bottom. Flip & brown (2 min.) on other side. Don’t remove Pan from heat; transfer meat to cutting board; season with salt & pepper.
Step 3
Heat lg. drizzle of oil in same pan, adding bell pepper & onion, then seasoning with remaining Southwest spice. Cook (5 min.), tossing occasionally, until softened & slightly browned. Season with salt & pepper; remove pan from heat & set aside.
Make Crema
Step 4
While veggies cook, combine sour cream, hot sauce (to taste), & a squeeze of lime in sm. bowl; season with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Wrap tortillas in slightly dampened paper towel; microwave (30 sec.) until warm. Slice steak into thin strips.
Step 6
Divide steak & veggies between tortillas. Sprinkle with cheddar & dollop of crema. Serve with remaining lime quarters on side.
