Instructions

Step 1
Add baking powder and salt to the flour, whisk to combine.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a cup of warm water and mix to combine, add to dry mix while it is still warm.
Step 3
Knead until the dough comes together, cover with plastic wrap for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Separate the dough into equal size balls, cover them with plastic for 10 more minutes.
Step 5
On a lightly floured working surface, roll our your tortillas until you have a 10-12 inch round.
Step 6
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and once hot, place your tortilla. Once it begins to bubble up, flip to the other side for 30 sec and flip again.
