1 lbpork chops
or tenderloin
1 tablespoonrice wine vinegar
2 tablespoonshoisin sauce
3 tablespoonscoconut aminos
1 tablespoonhoney
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Combine soup ingredient in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes
Step 2
Combine marinade ingredients in a medium sized bowl
Step 3
Thinly slice pork and dredge in marinade
Step 4
Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil. Add eggs. Reduce to gentle boil for 7 minutes. Then place in ice bath.
Step 5
Cook pork until done. Then add to soup.
Step 6
Bring a pot of water to boil. Drain and rinse tofu noodles. Then boil for 2-3 minutes. Drain and add to serving bowls.
Step 7
Add mung bean sprouts to soup, 5 minutes
Step 8
Add soup to serving bowls. Top with green onion, shaved carrot, soft boiled egg, and sesame seeds
