Step 1
Combine the chicken and hot pepper sauce in a small bowl

Spread 2 tbsp ranch dressing over each tortilla. Arrange 1/2 cup romaine horizontally down the center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cucumber, and 1/4 cup carrots.
Step 3
