Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil and fry the vegetable mince until it gets a nice color.
Step 2
2. Stir in the onion, garlic and jalapeño and fry until the onion softens slightly.
Step 3
3. Season with cumin, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper. Turn the peas over. Pour onto a plate and let cool slightly.
Step 4
4. Cut or cut the tortillas into four parts. Mix wheat flour and water to a thick batter. This will stick the tortillas together.
Step 5
5. Place a quarter of the tortilla in front of you with the tip up.
Step 6
6. Grab the left "tip" and fold in towards the middle. Spread some of your "glue". Fold the right tip over and press to form a cone.
Step 7
7. Fill the cone with minced meat filling. Smear on more glue and fold the cone into a samosa. Continue with remaining tortilla bread.
Step 8
8. Heat generously with oil in a frying pan or pot. Aim at 180 degrees.
Step 9
9. Drop in your samosas and fry until they are beautifully golden. Lift with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
