Instructions
Step 1
If the frozen cod is already in pieces, defrost it. If it is not, boil the cod and take the skin and bones out.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, and fry it in olive oil. Once golden, add the bits of cod and fry.
Step 3
Once fried, add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring to boil.
Step 4
Add the potato sticks gradually and mix it in. If it gets too dry, start adding the bechamel sauce.
Step 5
Once the potatoes are in, you should have about 600ml of bechamel in. Once stirred, put in a baking tray.
Step 6
Put the remaining bechamel on top, spread evenly. If necessary, pierce the mixture with the spreader for the sauce to down slightly. Top up with the breadcrumbs and put it in the oven until golden.
