Ingredients

3 cupsgreen cabbage
very thinly sliced, 1/2 small head
3 cupspurple cabbage
very thinly sliced
1carrot
large, peeled and grated
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
3 Tbsphoney mustard
or Dijon
2 teaspoongarlic powder
2 teaspoononion powder
½ cupmayonnaise
2 teaspoonbrown sugar
2 teaspoonturbinado sugar
½ tablespoonlemon juice
2 ½ teaspoonshoney
½ teaspooncelery salt
or regular salt
1 teaspoonpepper
1 teaspooncelery seed
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
To prepare cabbage, cut the head of cabbage in half and cut off the center core. Shred and salt to remove excess water.
Step 3
Combine all the veggies in a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to fully combine.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to let the flavors meld together, before serving.
