Woods Canned Salsa

Mix all in gradients in stock pot and cook for 40 mins. Use 16 oz (pint size) sterilized and hot canning mason jars and divide mixture into jars to 1” headspace. De bubble and top off to 1” headspace. Seal with lids and rings and pressure can (according to altitude and canner instructions) for 90 mins.
