Chimichurri shrimp dinner 🍤

Light but super flavorful dinner idea that is guaranteed to wow everyone at the table. You can get creative with ingredients on the plate but the chimichurri sauce goes perfectly with most things! I like to mix fresh salad, quinoa, edamame, avocado. As for shrimp, quickly cook it in a pan with salt & pepper. I like to add a touch of cayenne so there is a spicy kick to the dish.
