Step 1
In the slow cooker add onions and carrots top with chicken breast. Add seasoning, chicken bouillon powder and water cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours or on low for 7 1/2 hours. Next shred the chicken with two forks. Combine cornstarch and half-and-half whisk until cornstarch is dissolved. Add to the slow cooker mix well and cook an additional 30 minutes uncovered to thicken the sauce serve with rice and enjoy!
