Instructions
Step 1
Place pork chops in a shallow dish or mixing bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, 3/4 tsp rosemary, sage,salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork chops and massage to coat.
Step 3
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
Step 4
Cook the chops for 3 minutes, turn over and cook for an additional minute, or until the pork is just cooked through. Transfer to 4 separate plates and top each pork chop with 1 tsp of the garlic butter.
