Instructions

Step 1
cook rice using the desired method but use chicken broth
Step 2
cover the bottom of a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Step 3
Add diced onion, minced garlic, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper and sautee until veggies are cooked through
