Instructions
Step 1
- The order in which you add the ingredients is key!
Step 2
- Start with tahini and lemon juice and let it run for a minute or so until it becomes more like a paste, this way your humous will be way creamier!

- Now add the rest of the ingredients, ideally you want to let each ingredient incorporate at least 1 min before adding the next

- Your standard humus is finished now.

- Finish off with a sprinkle of paprika and some olive oil.

- Use some garlic olive oil, chilli, parsley, paprika or whatever you like to dress it up!
