Instructions
Step 1
Fry the frozen vegetables in some oil on high heat for a couple mins until defrosted and tender (you can use any other vegetables you want too. I use whatever frozen veg i have which makes it quicker)
Step 2
Add salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes along with the sauces (chilli garlic sauce, hot sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce) and mix properly and fry on high heat for a couple mins
Step 3
Move veg mix to the side of the pan, whisk the eggs and add to the other side. Keep mixing the eggs so they become scrambled and are cooked through
Step 4
Add the boiled rice and mix everything properly for a couple more minutes (i usually use a day old leftover boiled rice)
Step 5
I have this quick stir fried fried with either salmon or chicken
