Step 1
Pre-heat skillet to medium.

In a 5x5 dish. Beat 3 whole eggs and 2 egg whites

Mix in cream, cinnamon, and monk fruit sweetener.
Step 4
Once pan is hot, add oil. Dip bread slices in egg mixture. Cook for about 2 -3 minutes a side, or until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve fresh with butter and keto maple syrup
