Whether it's your birthday or not you MUST try out this delicious BIRTHDAY CAKE PROTEIN YOGURT DIP!! I know it can be hard to get enough daily protein sometimes so I always try to come up with easy delicious ways to incorporated more in my diet 🥰 I used a vanilla collagen protein powder in this, but you can make it completely plant based as well! This dip is gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free and full of fun flavor!! Oh and of course you must add sprinkles because they make everything more exciting I think 😉 Definitely save this recipe and join in on the fun 🎉

1) Add all into a small food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2) Pour into a bowl and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

3) Take out if the fridge and top with some sprinkles.

4) Serve with some fruit, cookies, or pretzels and enjoy!
