Chilli crab linguine recipe on Second Nature

Ingredients
4 servings
160gwholewheat linguine
tagliatelle, or spaghetti pasta
2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
4 Tbspbutter
1brown onion
finely diced
5garlic cloves
finely diced or minced
1red chillies
large, finely diced
300gwhite crab meat
2lemons
1 juiced, 1 sliced
120grocket
2courgettes
ribboned
1 handfulfresh parsley
roughly chopped
40gparmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Step 1
Serves 4
Step 2
Cook the pasta as per packet .
Step 3
Heat the oil and butter in a large non-stick frying pan, over medium heat.
Step 4
Fry the onion and garlic for 3mins, or until softened and golden.
Step 5
Add the chilli (2 chillies is very spicy) and crab meat, and stir for 2-3mins.
Step 6
Add the juice from 1 lemon, the rocket, courgette, and parsley, and turn the head heat to low. Stir for 2-3mins or until the rocket has wilted down.
Step 7
Turn off the heat and add the cooked pasta to the crab mixture.
Step 8
Serve with parmesan, lemon wedges and a side salad.
