Step 1
Wash and transfer fresh deveined shrimps in a big bowl, marinate with fresh minced garlic / garlic powder, salt, black pepper and garlic rub, deep fried shallot flakes, red chili powder, olive oil, sugar, salt, chopped cilantro and scallion. Mix well and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill to 350-450°F and set it up for direct cooking. Grill the shrimp over direct, medium heat for 5-7 minutes until you see a crispy and pink appearance on the outside of the shrimp, turning the shrimp halfway through the process. Garnish cooked shrimp with chopped scallion and serve warm immediately!
