Instructions

Step 1
1. Put garlic in a small food processor and process until completely minced. Add lemon juice to the processor and let sit for 10-15 minutes to take the "bite" out of the garlic.
Step 2
2. Add cooked beans and process until smooth.
Step 3
3. Add tahini and salt/pepper and process again. Adjust seasonings to taste.
