Instructions
Step 1
Cook orzo according to package directions adding a generous amount of salt to the boiling water.
Step 2
Drain, cover and set aside.
Step 3
In a large frying pan, over medium heat, heat oil and sauté onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic cubes and sauté until fragrant, about 45 seconds.
Step 5
Add baby spinach and sauté until slightly wilted.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken soup mix if using
Step 7
Cook, stirring, for 1 more minute.
Step 8
Add cooked orzo and mix well to combine.
Step 9
Transfer to a serving dish.
