Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 Degrees (handwritten cross out and corrected to 450)
Step 2
Proof yeast in warm water. Add sugar, oil, (gluten) and salt. Stir well
Step 3
Add sesame seeds, stir
Step 4
Add flour gradually until you can't stir anymore.
Step 5
Turn dough out on board, sprinkled with flour. Knead in remaining flour, small amounts at a time until fully combined
Step 6
Coat inside of a bowl with olive oil, let the dough prove about an hour (??) under a clean kitchen towel
