Step 1
in a pot heat the olive oil

then add onions, carrots, and potatoes. cook it from 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 3
add the washed lentils, then the hot water. bring it to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
use the hand blender until smooth
Step 5
add all the spices( vegeta, cumin, and salt), butter, and lemon.
Step 6
give it a mix and enjoy it
