Step 1
Unfreeze the chicken
Step 2
Put water in a big pan and put the chicken in there
Step 3
Put cumin, black pepper, salt and chicken seasoning in the water with the chicken
Step 4
Cover and wait 30-40 mins for the chicken to cook
Step 5
Make rice in a separate pan, once chicken and rice ready add the rice to the caldo
