Instructions

Step 1
Freeze meat for 1 hour before slicing. Slice meat thin as possible but even. 1/4 inch or thinner if possible. Cut out any large areas of fat/silver skin.

Add to meat once taste is good and marinate 12 hours +.

Step 2
Blend everything in a blender, taste, and add anything as needed. Add to meat once taste is good and marinate 12 hours +.
Step 3
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes before dehydrating.
Step 4
Dehydrate at 160°F for 4-6 hours.
