Steak bites recipe: Ingredients: 1.75 top sirloin steak Avocado oil 1/2 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce 2 1/2 tablespoons garlic and herb butter Seasonings: 1 tablespoon steak seasoning 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder **(Garlic butter can be made by combining softened butter, fresh garlic minced, and herbs of choice such as parsley,rosemary, and thyme) Directions: Wash, pat dry, and prep steak. Pour approximately 1/2 tablespoon oil to coat the steak bites. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto steak and make sure each piece has seasoning. Let the steak sit for 10 minutes. Heat up your oil, on a medium-high heat. I used avocado oil. Do not over crowd the pan, I cooked these in two batches. Sear the steak bites approximately 1 minute per side. Then give it a quick stir around your hot pan and then remove/set to the side. Cook your second batch, adding more oil to your pan when needed. After all steak has been seared and removed from the pan, add in the garlic and herb butter and allow it to melt. Then add in the low sodium soy sauce. Mix well. Add all of your steak bites back into the pan, and stir them into the butter mixture until they are all well coated and until they are cooked thru to your liking. This will not take long at all so do not leave from nearby the pan. Serve and enjoy!💛 . . .
