Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into cubes. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, agave, garlic, oil, chili pepper flakes and lemon juice. Whisk together.
Step 2
Pour half the sauce into the salmon and refrigerate for 20 minutes. In a pan, add oil and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until it’s golden brown. Remove from the pan. Using the same pan, add in the remaining sauce and cook on medium/low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.
