For the Filling

extra virgin olive oil

garlic powder

500gBrown Onions

500gground beef

1red bell pepper

1 glasswater

3eggs

salt

pepper

paprika

oregano
For the dough

Filling
Step 1
Dice the onions and red peppers




Step 2
Add olive oil to hot pan with garlic powder until garlic powder turns brown




Step 3
Add onion to pan until onions sweat


Step 4
Add red peppers, a bit of paprika, a bit of salt, and a bit of oregano




Step 5
After another 5 minutes, add ground beef and stir, then add more salt, pepper and paprika




Step 6
When meat has turned grey, add 1 glass of boiling water and slow cook for 1:30 hours. Stir occasionally


Step 7
In a pot, make 3 hardboiled eggs. Cook for 10 minutes



Step 8
Dice hardboiled eggs


Step 9
After all water has evaporated from filling, add eggs to filling and turn off stove
