Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to instructions
2. Combine eggs, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and milk in a large bowl and mix with cooked, cooled pasta
3. Add a thick layer of the pasta and egg mixture to a preheated and greased frying pan
4. Spread ricotta, mozzarella and salami (optional) to form three layers on top of pasta 5. Place another thick layer of the pasta and egg mixture and fry until golden brown
6. Flip frittata using a plate and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through
