Instructions

Step 1
Oven roast tomato slices on parchment paper at 350 degrees for 50 minutes seasoned in oil, salt and pepper.

Layer oil, pepper, Parmesan cheese, tomato on parchment paper.

Spread cheese on pastry square leaving 1/2” boarder. Egg wash outside boarder. Layer cheese side down on tomato stacks.
Step 4
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Top with drizzled olive oil, fresh basil, and extra Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional).
