Step 1
Put unsweetened soy milk in a pot and heat it until it reaches 176 f or just before it starts to boil if you don’t have a thermometer . Next add in 4 tbsp vinegar ( sun lemon juice if you prefer) stir very gently with a spoon then let it sit 20 minutes .

Step 2
Put a strainer over a large bowl with a Muslin cloth or cheese cloth then strain the water off. Squeeze as much of the liquid out as you can then put into a blender with vegan butter nutritional yeast salt and pepper . Blend until creamy put in a box with a lid and refrigerate after an hour or two it will firm up
